Founded by Chef Matt Wilde, Bob’s Pizza brings Pilsen-style pizza to Evanston with a signature 16" crust that combines the sturdiness of New York style with Neapolitan's airy puff.

Made with Old Style beer in the dough for extra character, it’s served fresh to your table. Opened in March 2021, Evanston’s Bob’s features a full bar, dine-in seating, carryout and delivery, creating the perfect home for friends, date nights, and late-night cravings.

Executive Chef Matt Wilde created our unique “Pilsen-style Pizza” in 2019 at the first Bob’s Pizza location in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago. In a 2022 article from Eater, Wilde explained how creating a new Chicago-style dish wasn’t originally in the cards for the classically trained chef.
